Mæglings- og Klageinstitutionen for Ansvarlig Virksomhedsadfærd (NCP Denmark) is a politically independent institution with a mandate to deal with complaints about Danish companies, authorities and organizations possible violations of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. That is, complaints about violations of human rights, labor rights, international environmental standards and anti-corruption in Danish companies, authorities or organizations or their subcontractors.
